Vista Living Senior Care is an amazing assisted living home.  We toured it a couple of months ago and were very impressed with the level of luxury of the home, as well as how nice and genuine all of the staff was that we spoke to.

We have been very happy to have our mother residing at Vista Living for the past 14 months. She has improved in many ways since moving there. The staff is caring and quick to respond to our questions. Now that the lock down is over, we look forward to real visits and interactions with the staff and other residents. Thanks Vista Living!

Coming up on a year since mom (N. Savoy) moved in and she is doing so well. Your communicating with family members during the last year was great and very much appreciated. The staff and caregivers are wonderful, mom likes the food, and she loves the activities. Can't thank you all enough.

My partner is in Vista Living Senior Care (Camelback). I like that it's a small community. They have very good help. There are aides all the time, and they're always attending to the residents. They have a nurse at night, and they provide all the residents' needs. It's been a very caring and helpful community. It's very clean, very bright, welcoming, and it feels like home. The food is good. I've eaten there several times. They cook all their meals right there in the kitchen. It's like a big family. Everyone gets served their meals at the same time, and they eat together at the dining table. They get a lot of one-on-one attention. They're doing a really good job, and I'm very happy with them.

My experience of a month's respite stay at Vista Living was exactly what I needed. The house itself is beautifully designed for maximum accessibility and peacefulness. The beautiful full view of what I took to think of as "my" Camelback Mountain was stunning. Members of the staff at Vista Living are generous, kind, and skilled. They took very fine care of my elder housemates whom I was able to get to know in the family-like atmosphere of the small home. The room was comfortable and airy. I enjoyed the weekly visits from musicians and would encourage the managers to consider other ways to engage the residents in more intellectual and socially connecting activities.

Recently we had to find assisted living for a dear friend of mine who is 95.  At that time, the decision to find a place for her to build up her strength after being released from rehabilitative care.  I didn't personally go to see the three places suggested for her needs but trust entirely the person who did it.  They found Visa Living Senior Care which was just opening and Elizabeth went there to stay.  This is a beautiful home in the heart of the Arcadia area which can have ten residents.  It is newly remodeled for the needs of an elderly person who just can no longer be home.  It has a wide open floor plan that is very accessible and really looks like you are living in a real person's home and not a facility.  The furniture and tables are are in warm tones of wood and corresponding colors.  It has different areas for different functions and a wide open inviting kitchen area.  There is a cage with birds to watch and aquariums.  There is also a beautiful backyard with a walking path,  putting green, and table where they have lunch when the weather is nice.  The landscaping is beautiful.  They also have a beauty parlor where the residents can keep up there looks.

Does this sound like and group home you have ever heard about.  I have never seen one like it.

The care for the residents is so right on.  The attendants are very loving and caring people.  The also have different activities during the day.  I've had to deal with assisted living before and I learned that the more you visit, the more attentive the staff will be to your loved one.  I really believe that isn't a problem here.  My friend has some problems that I don't believed were being followed up by the rehab center.  They are doing this here.

One more thing that I would like to say that is so exceptional about the Arcadia living branch of this company.  The food is really good.  I was at a their holiday party today and the food was excellent.  What impressed me so much was my friend pointed  out the shrimp and several other dishes that they served her during the week!  I had a dear friend who was at an assisted living facility for people with Alzheimer's on 38th st and Bell.  The food there was so unappetizing as to be pitiful.  This is one area where they had found they could cut the budget and they really did.  I am not saying a name but you can find a review I did if you care to find it.  What a difference!

Sad thing to say is that I don't think my friend will ever to come home.  I also don't think she will see another Christmas.  That may time maybe coming in the following year.  So sad.  However, if that is the case, at least I know Elizabeth is going to have a good time along the way.  I do recommend this faclity.

This is an amazing care home. The staff is attentive. The residents are always happy and clean. I am so impressed with the management staff as well. They offer a lot of support to both the residents and families.

I can't praise the staff enough for taking such great care of my Dad. The entire staff truly cares about the residents and their family members. The house is lovely and environment is nurturing. This is a great place.

The decision to place a loved one in “assisted living” is never easy, but we were so relieved when we discovered Vista Living and we know this was the right decision for our 84-year old mother. We had tried in-home care for the past couple of years and it was just not working as our mom required higher levels of care physically and began exhibiting clear signs of dementia. The owners of Vista Living are so kind and professional and completely put us at ease about the decision to move mom into their home. The Vista Living house can accommodate 10 clients and each person has a private bedroom and a private, ADA-compliant bathroom with a walk-in shower for safety. There are two living rooms and a large gourmet kitchen and dining room which encourages clients to interact throughout the day, but it is not required. If Mom wants to stay in her room and watch TV and have meals there, that is totally fine. However, as a family, we have been encouraged to see her coming out to the breakfast table to eat with the other residents more often and have found that the social interaction has been good for her. The caregivers of Vista Living are exceptional. We appreciate their gentle approach and the way they adapt to different needs and personalities. We know we can trust them to care for our mom with compassion, patience and professionalism. They send us regular text updates about how mom is doing which is so appreciated. I cannot stress enough how important it is to communicate with the caregiving team because it takes a partnership between family and staff to make assisted living work smoothly and Vista Living does a great job at managing every detail. They handle mom’s medications, bathing, grooming, laundry, three meals a day and snacks upon request. They provide optional activities and mom especially loves when musical guests are on-site to play the guitar or when she gets a manicure. When mom needs medical care, they even have a doctor come on-site. We cannot say enough about how thankful we are to have found Vista Living and for the care they are providing our mom. We highly recommend them without reservation.

I visited my brother at Vista Living last June. It was a very pleasant experience, and for the first time in MANY years I was comforted and blessed by real hope for his well being. I don't take such good care of myself when it comes to the three balanced and tasty meals he receives each day. The staff was pleasant and attentive to my brother's needs. The manager embraced me with genuine concern for my brother. When I left, I had no trepidation about my brother's life.

I have been in all the Vista Living Homes on a personal and professional level. They are located in the Arcadia area and are beautiful, clean with exceptional care. Residents are dressed appropriately to the weather and are never in need of anything with a loving and caring staff. On a professional level, I have always had excellent communication with Gabriela and her staff. As a professional and assisting with resident, their families, we have always teamed with the VLSC homes to have continuity of care. When looking for a home for your loved one, I would recommend you tour these homes. They have the home away from home environment with residents that are happy and so will your loved one!

Now I wish to thank you for allowing me to walk with my walker & daughters. Everything is so safe here & well done. Our caretakers are so caring & kind! The premises are carefully laid out. I loving living here with the good care, good food, good activities & great caretakers.
